Proiectul de act normativ are \u00een vedere obliga\u021biile \u0219i termenele asumate de ANAF\/Ministerul Finan\u021belor prin PNRR ca parte a programului de digitalizare \u0219i modernizare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\">Astfel, prin proiectul de OUG lansat \u00een dezbatere public\u0103 se propun urm\u0103toarele modific\u0103ri la\u00a0<strong><em>Legea nr. 207\/2015 privind Codul de procedur\u0103 fiscal\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0completarea art. 1 cu defini\u021ba dosarului administrativ al controlului fiscal precum \u0219i cu defini\u021bia dosarului fiscal \u00een vederea conform\u0103rii cu cerin\u021bele de precizie \u0219i previzibilitate prev\u0103zute de lege, dar \u0219i pentru alinierea cu prevederile principiului securit\u0103\u021bii juridice \u0219i a jurispruden\u021bei Cur\u021bii de Justi\u021bie a Uniunii Europene \u00een acest sens.
